Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Clinical Customer Care team. The role supports customers by clarifying prescriptions, confirming order status, and guiding navigation of pharmacy.amazon.com.

You will work in a nonretail, in-state licensed environment with a casual dress code. We require an active in-state pharmacy technician license and national certification, plus the ability to multitask across phone and computer systems in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active in-state Certified Pharmacy Technician license.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• Experience multitasking with phone and computer.
• Experience using computer and web-based tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain understanding of Amazon Pharmacy policies and services.
• Communicate with providers to obtain prescriptions and verify information.
• Follow nationwide pharmacy laws and compliance guidance.
• Handle customer inquiries with a customer-centric approach and meet metrics.
• Escalate issues to pharmacists and coordinate with pharmacy staff as needed.
