Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician for our Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations. You will support daily pharmacy operations, coordinate with Pharmacists, and ensure safe, compliant dispensing of medications while delivering compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities include inventory management, adherence to SOPs, and assisting with immunizations where allowed. Occasional travel to stores may be required to cover shifts and support market needs.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Attention and focus to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Experience in customer service and teamwork in a retail/pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote dispensing operations with pharmacist oversight.
• Follow SOPs and SOPs for inventory, controlled substances, and security.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccine workflows where permitted by law.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality per regulations.
• Support onboarding and training of new Telepharmacy Technicians.
• Travel to stores as needed to cover shifts and ensure operations.
