Qualifications

• PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required; state licensure requirements vary by state.
• Regular and reliable attendance, strong communication, and mathematical reasoning.
• Ability to handle patient interactions and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy under Pharmacist supervision.
• Conduct inventory management including controlled substances and cycle counts.
• Manage communications, tasks, and workflow to support patient service and service recovery.
• Mentor new Telepharmacy Technicians and support onboarding and training.
• Ensure CVS workflow procedures, quality standards, and accuracy in medication fulfillment.
