Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Medicare Stars Program) for a remote role with a $22.31/hour rate. Candidates must reside in IL, TX, TN, NM, OK or MT and live within 250 miles of a client office.

Schedule is 8:00am–5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, with ASAP start and a 5-month duration that may extend or convert to FTE. Responsibilities include telephonic outreach to Medicare members, pharmacies, and providers to address prescription adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Pharmacy Technician license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy, PBM, or Health Plan setting.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic outreach to members, pharmacies, and providers.
• Meet service level goals for call quality and performance.
• Maintain member privacy under HIPAA.
• Answer complex questions while delivering high customer service.
• Track issues, document daily activities, and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Maintain a professional, member-centric demeanor.
