Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our Medicare Stars Program. This is a fully remote role for residents of IL, TX, TN, NM, OK, or MT who live within 250 miles of a client office.

You will assist members with prescription adherence and collaborate with the clinical pharmacy team to resolve barriers. The position runs 5 months with possible extension or conversion and offers health, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license, current.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy, PBM or Health Plan setting.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking across multiple windows and software.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• HIPAA privacy requirements are followed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic outreach to members, pharmacies, and providers.
• Work in a call queue with productivity and quality monitoring.
• Meet service level goals for call quality and volume.
• Maintain member privacy in compliance with HIPAA.
• Answer complex telephonic questions with high customer service levels.
• Handle member correspondence, complaints, and inquiries.
• Track issues, timelines, and document daily activities.
• Maintain a professional, member-centric demeanor.
