AnewHealth is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Lead to serve as the subject matter expert for the pharmacy team. You will work with Supervisors and Managers to drive efficiency and lead by example to achieve department goals.

You will train new hires, coordinate cross-training, and contribute to SOP development and training materials. This role is remote with full-time hours and a strong focus on process improvement.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Certified Technician with home state Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience with adjudicating claims and overcoming rejections is preferred.
• Proven ability to train others and develop SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the designated pharmacy team and drive department efficiencies.
• Provide training on department tasks to new hires and cross trainees.
• Coordinate cross-training through scheduling and communication with trainees.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to continuous improvement projects and training guides.
