AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Lead to act as the subject matter expert for the assigned pharmacy team. You will collaborate with Pharmacy Supervisors and Managers to drive department efficiency and uphold high standards of work across the team.

Responsibilities include frontline contribution, training new hires and cross trainees, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role is remote and full-time, with opportunities to influence department outcomes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Technician with home state’s Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience in departmental workflows; prior experience with ExactCare is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline, day-to-day activities as assigned by leadership.
• Provide training on department tasks to new hires and cross trainees.
• Coordinate cross training through scheduling and communication with trainees.
• Offer subject-matter expertise to support continuous improvement projects and SOP development.
• Support leadership in diagnosing and improving team performance.
