Amazon Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Manchester, NH to assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions, maintain a safe and compliant facility, and support day-to-day operations.

You will run automated equipment, pack and ship orders, and help transition orders through dispensing to quality control while collaborating with leadership.

Required: high school diploma, in-state license or ability to obtain within 30 days, and 6+ months of computer experience; PTCB/NHA preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active in-state Pharmacy Technician license or ability to obtain within 30 days, if required by State Board.
• 6+ months of experience working with computer and web based tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and understand English language labelling on product cartons and prescription labels.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist in filling prescriptions, as permitted by state law.
• Maintain a safe, clean pharmacy by following procedures and regulations.
• Work daily with Leadership to ensure correct medications are put in the right packets.
• Run automated machinery required to pre-sort and package medications.
• Fill exception trays with appropriate medication.
• Transition Amazon Pharmacy orders through different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control.
• Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk prescription items.
• Pack and ship completed orders including printing and affixing appropriate labels.
• Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time.
• Aid the distribution manager and distribution pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing.
• Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas.
• Package medications for dispensing and for delivery.
• Work a flexible schedule - shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours.
