TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, now hiring for a contract remote role in Charlotte, NC. You will support Medicare Advantage plans by making high-volume outbound calls to close gaps in care for diabetic members.

The ideal candidate has CPhT certification and call center experience, with 2–5 years in pharmacy roles. Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, Vietnamese) are highly valued. This position is fully remote with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPhT or ExCPT certifications preferred.
• 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls.
• Bilingual a MAJOR plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese; must be proficient in English AND second language.

Responsibilities

• Supports Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care, primarily across three medication adherence measures for diabetic members.
