Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years call center experience.
• Associate's degree or higher and 1 year of call center experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within home care, healthcare, financial services, insurance, claims, or call center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between pharmacy, providers and facilities while resolving prescription issues.
• Answer all incoming contact center calls within defined response time standards.
• Document call details per standard operating procedures.
• Provide information on products, services, retail locations, and service line inquiries.
• Meet established quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
• Resolve customer complaints and support problem-solving to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Process orders, route calls to appropriate resources, and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain flexibility to support varying duties and operational needs.
