PharMerica is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Customer Service Specialist in Raleigh, NC. This role connects the pharmacy with facilities and providers, answering questions, coordinating refills and delivery requests, gathering patient information, and assisting with provider communications.

New hires complete six weeks of mandatory on-site training in Raleigh, NC; after training, employees transition to remote work with performance-based requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of call center or related experience
• Associate's degree or higher with 1 year of call center experience or equivalent
• Experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare, home care, or related fields preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Active listening and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet performance expectations

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming contact center calls within defined response times
• Document call details in accordance with procedures
• Provide information on products, services, locations, and inquiries based on customer needs
• Meet established quality assurance standards and performance metrics
• Resolve customer complaints and support problem-solving for satisfactory outcomes
• Process orders, route calls to appropriate resources, and follow up as necessary
• Maintain flexibility to support varying duties and operational needs
