Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy Operations or similar.
• Comfortable navigating pharmacy management and EMR systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Organized and able to prioritize fluctuating requests.
• Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and collaborative.

Responsabilités
