Job summary

Fuze Health in the United States seeks a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead initiatives in patient experience, clinical services and care programs within our pharmacy operations. You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, drive program roadmaps, monitor milestones and ensure compliant, high‑quality care while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

This remote role requires a PharmD with active US licensure, and residency in the approved states; salary ranges

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists and/or technicians.
• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, while driving alignment with partner and organizational goals.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including new workflow and performance management, staff scheduling, and defect tracking.
