Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy programs and drive patient-centric initiatives. The role combines program management, stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of performance metrics within a high-volume pharmacy setting.

Excellent leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential, with a Doctor of Pharmacy and active US licensure. This remote, nationwide position offers opportunities to influence patient care, partner programs, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs with alignment to partner and regulatory requirements
Oversee daily execution of programs, including workflow, performance management, and scheduling
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists and/or technicians
Identify areas for process improvement and drive systematic improvements for scale
