Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, aligning with partner and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily execution of programs, scheduling, defect tracking, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Identify process improvements and drive scale in collaboration with stakeholders.
