Job summary

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
2+ years in supervisory or leadership role.
Multi-State Licensure, lean/Kaizen, and Looker data-analysis skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily execution of pharmacy programs and staff scheduling.
Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists and technicians.
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve program objectives.
Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across programs.
