Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead key pharmacy programs and drive patient-centered care across our telepharmacy network.

You will oversee program milestones, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliant, high-quality care delivery. The ideal candidate has a PharmD and at least 4 years in a high-volume pharmacy with 2+ years of supervisory experience, and must be licensed in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs to align with partner and organizational goals.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including workflow, scheduling, defect tracking and reconciliation.
