Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; active pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, aligning with partner and regulatory goals.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, scheduling, defect tracking, and workflow.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop pharmacists and technicians, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Quality Assurance: Develop rubrics and monitoring programs to maintain patient safety and care quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify improvements and drive systematic changes with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet objectives.
• Escalation Management: Provide hands-on support to resolve escalated issues.
