Job summary

Cencora is looking for a Central Pay Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. You will support customer operations, payment management, and ensure timely and accurate customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in pharmacy operations is preferred.

This position requires working hours between 7am-5pm PDT, with in-office days on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The role offers a salary range of $51,500 to $73,700 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year of related experience.
• Experience in retail pharmacy support is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Central Pay Services implementation for pharmacy customers.
• Ensure pharmacies are paid accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with customers and PBMs to resolve issues.
