• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience with financial assistance programs in a pharmacy or medical setting.
• Six months minimum experience with Rx To Go Pharmacy.
• CPR+, ONCO and ORCA proficiency preferred.
• Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with organizing all activities relating to patient financial assistance under supervision.
• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisor and cross‑departmental teams to ensure synergy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and functional departments to optimize processes and patient support.
