Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Patient Advocate Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will organize patient financial assistance activities and coordinate with the Pharmacy Intake Manager and multiple departments to ensure seamless support for patients across sites.

The position requires two years in financial assistance within healthcare, at least six months in Rx To Go Pharmacy, and an active Florida RPT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with financial assistance programs in a pharmacy or medical setting.
• Six months minimum experience within Rx To Go Pharmacy.
• Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) license is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing all activities relating to patient financial assistance.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Intake Manager and other pharmacy/functional departments.
• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisor and cross-site teams.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
