Onco360, a leading oncology pharmacy, seeks a Patient Financial Advocacy Coordinator to help patients access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays and navigate nonprofit and manufacturer programs.

The role requires 1+ year of patient advocacy experience, strong communication skills, and will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service. Remote option available; located near Woodridge, IL for link to our Woodridge pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of patient assistance program or patient advocacy experience.
• Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families in securing financial assistance for pharmacy co-pays.
• Maintain knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy benefit coverage.
• Support applications for nonprofit and manufacturer programs.
• Explain insurance benefits and co-pay structures clearly.
• Maintain accurate patient data in CPR+.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and cross-functional teams.
