Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Intake Manager, the Pharmacy Patient Advocate Coordinator will assist with organizing all activities relating to patient financial assistance.

The Pharmacy Patient Advocate Coordinator will keep open lines of communication with their immediate supervisor and/or manager and partner closely with other pharmacy and functional departments to ensure synergies and cross-departmental effectiveness.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm (Fully Remote )

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous Experience: Two (2) years of experience with financial assistance programs in a pharmacy or medical setting is required.

Six months minimum experience within Rx To Go Pharmacy.

Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material and sometimes emotionally charged matters.

Self-motivated and self-starter with ability work independently with limited supervision.

Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

Certifications/Licenses: Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) license is preferred. Travel: 25%
