Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst, Network Contracting to join our team and manage the financial aspects of retail, specialty, and mail order contracting, including issue management and reporting. You will analyze current and new pharmacy contracts across national and regional providers, PSAOs, and independents, supporting the contracting process for all lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, business, actuarial science or related field.
• Minimum three years of database management experience.
• Experience in business, finance, or analytics.
• Minimum three years experience in Retail Pharmacy and/or PBM or Managed Care preferred
• Experience with PBM contracting and pricing processes
• Experience with CMS, Medicare, and state Medicaid regulations and guidance preferred
• Knowledge of health care processes and pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems preferred
• Adhere to compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracting and strategy analytics for new contracts and renewals
• Attend meetings with strategic pharmacy partners
• Plan, design, and deploy reports, tools, and applications
• Support with pharmacy data and topic preparation for industry conferences
• Prepare analyses covering provider agreements, 340B opportunities, mail order, discount cards, and related needs
• Collaborate with Contract Managers, Finance, Pharmacy Informatics, Legal and other divisions to inform financial models
• Prepare forward-looking network analytics aligned with forecasts
• Support quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and multi-year contracting development
• Advise internal stakeholders on fiscal matters and interpret financial results
• Support contract negotiations by monitoring impact analysis of pricing revisions
• Other duties as assigned
