Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Provider Services Support to serve as the subject matter expert for pharmacy network RFP responses and content management. You will ensure accurate, consistent content that reflects Navitus value and supports timely responses.

Based in the US with a remote-friendly setup, you will collaborate with Networks Operations, Contracting, Analytics, and Implementation to resolve inquiries and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Pharmacy technician certification preferred.
• 3+ years of business experience in PBM sales, proposals, client management, or project management required.
• Strong understanding of PBM processes, pharmacy benefits, and healthcare industry regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the pharmacy network SME for RFP, RFI, and proposal inquiries.
• Develop, review, and maintain standardized pharmacy network content within RFPIO/content libraries.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to gather inputs and deliver high-quality client-ready responses.
• Research and respond to network service requests including setup inquiries and pricing questions.
• Track inquiries through to completion and identify trends for process improvements.
