The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in healthcare licensing compliance within a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare licensing, pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, credentialing, or related compliance function.
• Experience working with state licensing boards, regulatory agencies, or healthcare compliance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and renew licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Maintain licensing records and monitor expiration dates for timely renewals.
• Coordinate with state boards, regulatory agencies, and licensing vendors.
• Research licensing requirements for new jurisdictions and services.
• Assist in investigating and resolving licensing discrepancies or compliance issues.
• Maintain licensing and compliance databases and generate reports.
• Analyze trends and identify potential compliance risks.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding licensing requirements.
