Morris & Dickson Co., LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to grow RxpertsMD by developing new customer relationships, expanding sales in an assigned territory, and delivering exceptional service to independent pharmacies and healthcare customers. You will pursue new business, manage accounts, negotiate pricing, and provide consultative support.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, healthcare or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and convert new pharmacy and healthcare customers
• Build and grow a sales territory through proactive outreach
• Develop trusted customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual interactions
