Job summary

Morris & Dickson is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to grow RxpertsMD by developing new relationships with independent pharmacies and healthcare customers. You will expand sales in an assigned territory, provide consultative support, and partner with customers to identify purchasing opportunities and profitability improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, healthcare or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert new pharmacy and healthcare customers.
• Build and grow a sales territory through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Develop trusted customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual interactions.
• Negotiate pricing and secure orders within established company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to help customers improve profitability and meet their purchasing needs.
• Analyze purchasing trends and recommend solutions that support customer profitability and growth.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Collaborate with operations, customer support, and internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
