Job summary

TJM Labs is seeking an Implementation Lead to drive customer implementations from discovery through go‑live and transition to ongoing support. You will coordinate pharmacy operations with TJM technical teams, a CSM, and internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, high‑quality deployments.

You’ll document current workflows, translate them into actionable requirements, and maintain rigorous QA and go‑live readiness. A passion for turning complexity into clarity and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in implementations or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating projects, implementations, onboarding, or complex workflows.
• Working familiarity with pharmacy management systems and pharmacy workflows.
• Exceptional organization, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day implementation execution to get customers live.
• Lead discovery, planning, and working sessions; track decisions and action items.
• Document current-state pharmacy processes and translate into requirements.
• Maintain alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely communication.
• Own internal QA and customer readiness before go‑live.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation playbooks and processes.
