Job summary

Ladders is hiring a Director Pharmacy Value and Strategy to lead pharmacy value, strategy, and operational effectiveness across medication use and related services remotely from the United States. The role partners with pharmacy leaders and the broader care team to advance patient-centered care and service delivery while shaping program development and workforce integration.

Remote position with PA licensure required; compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually, with opportunities for

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects.
Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive oversight of pharmacy practice and medication use processes.
Coach and mentor pharmacy leaders and staff to strengthen team performance and collaboration.
Guide patient-centric care across pharmacy services.
Evaluate current pharmacy practices and recommend new program development opportunities.
Support the integration of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians into the healthcare team.
Oversee staff recruitment and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
