Qualifications

• Ability to work Mon-Fri 6am–7pm CST with potential weekends/holidays/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Verify member data and eligibility in computer system.
• Use multiple applications/monitors for data entry tasks.
• Review documents from providers/insurance plans and attach to member accounts.
• Contact providers to confirm patient data and request additional information.
