SelectQuote, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to assist licensed pharmacists in preparing prescriptions in a remote setting. You will enter data accurately into our pharmacy system, ensure proper documentation, and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.

The role emphasizes precise data entry, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with pharmacists to ensure timely processing of prescriptions and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) required.
• Indiana and Pennsylvania State Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process medication orders into the pharmacy system.
• Process prescriptions accurately and timely.
• Conduct medication history interviews and advise under pharmacist supervision.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect PHI.
• Refer prescription questions to Pharmacist or Supervisor.
