Job summary

Alfasigma USA, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Agent for our Nutrition business within Brand Direct Health. You will support patient prescription journeys by processing enrollments and refills, with a focus on courteous, accurate communication.

This remote position is located in Covington, LA or Dallas, TX. Training runs 8-5 CST for the first 30 days, with a starting pay of $20 per hour plus a robust monthly bonus structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of call center experience preferred, service/sales oriented.
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and meet daily KPI targets.
• Process Enrollment and Refill prescriptions accurately.
• Document required patient information in computer systems.
• Build rapport and provide courteous, helpful service to patients.
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure issue resolution.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to QA guidelines.
