Cencora is hiring a Pharmacy Concierge Technician to support outpatient and discharge processes at a Philadelphia location. The role centers on gathering paperwork, handling prescription billing, and creating patient profiles in the pharmacy system.

Proven experience in payer/PBM billing, strong communication, and ability to work under time pressure are essential. The position requires PA licensing or trainee licensure by 2026, with a strong focus on patient access and program compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years in community-based retail or hospital outpatient pharmacy or equivalent training/experience.
CPHT is preferred and PA technician licensure is required or to be obtained by May 2026.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with internal team to gather paperwork, prescription billing information, and prescriptions.
Answers inbound calls and triages to staff; creates patient profile in pharmacy information system.
Manages prescription plan information for processing and adjudication.
Supports Concierge Service activities from intake to bedside discharge.
