Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy programs and partner initiatives. You will oversee daily execution, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliant operations across teams, coordinating with internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD, active license, 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy, and strong leadership with project management tools to deliver patient-centered care and program success.

Qualificações

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with active licensure in the United States.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy setting and 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with partnerships and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs aligned with partner and regulatory goals.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs including workflow, scheduling and defect tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor pharmacists/technicians to sustain a high-performing team.
