Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years job-related experience or four years direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems and pharmacy workflow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call support as scheduled.
• Serve as liaison between IT and operations to align system design with workflows.
• Analyze requirements, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Lead or participate actively in meetings and projects.
• Review changes, interfaces, data conversions, and releases.
• Assist in developing test scripts reflecting workflow solutions.
