Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Epic Willow Pharmacy Automation Analyst for a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. The position focuses on applying IT to pharmacy automation, aligning system design with operational processes, and supporting deployment while ensuring HIPAA and Meaningful Use compliance.

The role involves data collection, workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with two years job-related experience.
Minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Have technical knowledge and the ability to work independently in core areas of the supported application(s), able to resolve problems of moderate complexity.
Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements.
Identify project issues and risks and resolve or elevate as appropriate.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks.
Lead or actively participate in meetings.
Participate in several projects at one time.
Provide recognized knowledge of product features, functionality, and utilization of the application software.
Monitor system effectiveness and/or performance to determine if there are any potential problems, report critical findings to peers and/or manager and resolve moderate problems.
Participate in disaster recovery initiatives.
Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
Provide 24/7 (on-call) support when scheduled.
Resolve or triage support calls as applicable.
Develop and maintain test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions.
Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes.
