Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Pharmacy Outreach Specialist to serve as the bridge between patients, providers and pharmacies, helping people stay on track with medications. You will apply empathy, problem-solving and clear communication to overcome barriers to adherence.

In this remote-friendly role, you will document interactions, coordinate with clinicians and pharmacies, and support pharmacy quality measures. Our team values collaboration, growth, and a commitment to public health.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
1 year call center patient outreach experience.
Ability to work 8 AM–7 PM EST with possible evenings/Saturdays.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient with call center platforms and EHR systems.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
Collaborate with patients to remove barriers to medication adherence (cost, forgetfulness, perceived need).
Overcome objections with empathy to secure patient commitment to adherence.
Coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies for timely refills.
Document interactions and barriers in systems.
Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy workflows and share best practices.
