Aledade PBC is seeking a Pharmacy Outreach Specialist to serve as a key link between patients, providers, and pharmacies, helping patients stay on track with their medications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a call center handling patient outreach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies using scripts and protocols.
• Collaborate with patients to resolve barriers to medication adherence (cost, forgetfulness, etc.).
• Overcome objections with empathy to secure patient commitment to adherence.
• Coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies to ensure refills occur as scheduled.
• Document interactions, outcomes, and barriers in the system.
