Cencora, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with retail pharmacy customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.

This fully remote role focuses on resolving complex issues, onboarding new accounts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive value for customers and the business. • Experience in account management or customer relationships in healthcare or retail pharmacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset to review data, identify trends and support decisions.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for Community Retail pharmacy customers and build trusted relationships.
• Understand customer needs and deliver proactive support for a positive experience.
• Own complex issues, identify root causes and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery, service, account and contract questions.
• Support new account onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
• Monitor activity and performance, highlighting themes and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow accounts.
• Maintain relationships with sales and other teams to provide joined-up support.
• Manage multiple priorities and keep customers and stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience.
