Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with Community Retail pharmacy customers and deliver an excellent customer experience. This remote, customer-facing role focuses on resolving complex issues, onboarding new accounts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for Community Retail pharmacy customers and build trusted relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide proactive support for a positive experience.
• Own complex customer and operational issues, identify root causes and coordinate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery, service, account and contract queries.
• Support new account onboarding for smooth transitions.
• Monitor account activity and performance, identifying themes and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and support account growth.
• Maintain relationships with sales, district directors and other teams for joined-up support.
• Manage multiple priorities and keep customers and stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve experience and service delivery.
