Cencora is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with Community Retail pharmacy customers and ensure an excellent customer experience. This fully remote role involves addressing complex operational issues, onboarding new accounts, and coordinating with multiple teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will manage a varied workload, proactively resolving root causes and driving customer success while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer relationship management or healthcare-related customer support.
• Ability to understand customer needs and navigate operational challenges.
• Experience in a remote, customer-facing role is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for Community Retail pharmacy customers and build trusted relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide proactive solutions to deliver a positive experience.
• Own complex issues, identify root causes, and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery, service, account and contractual questions.
• Support new account onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
• Monitor account activity and highlight themes, challenges and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow accounts.
• Maintain relationships with sales and other teams to ensure joined-up support.
• Manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve customer experience.
