Cencora is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with retail pharmacy customers and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be a key point of contact for pharmacy customers, navigating operational challenges and coordinating with teams to deliver effective solutions.

This fully remote role offers broad exposure across the organization, with opportunities to develop your understanding of the business and make a visible impact on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer-focused environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Community Retail pharmacy customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide proactive support.
• Own complex customer and operational issues and coordinate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
• Support new account onboarding and ensure smooth transition.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain relationships with sales and other teams for joined-up support.
• Manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve service.
