WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a knowledgeable, patient-focused Pharmacist to support medication management, prescription review, patient education, and remote pharmaceutical care. This role is remote and requires a licensed pharmacist who can deliver professional services while complying with licensing requirements, privacy regulations, and healthcare standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians and other professionals to promote safe, effective medication use

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with PharmD or equivalent.
• Experience in remote or telepharmacy settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medications, interactions, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent patient counseling and documentation skills.
