Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current Pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• Experience motivating team members to research and resolve issues.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Willing to work non-standard hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and escalate when needed.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care programs such as Medication Therapy Management and Immunization Services.
• Ensures compliance and quality improvement in delivery of clinical pharmacy services.
• Drives regional pharmacy financial performance and maximizes reimbursements.
• Supports patient experience through consultations and wellness services.
• Provides clinical knowledge and training support to pharmacists and field leaders.
• Conducts data reviews to ensure accuracy of medications.
