Qualifications

• Able to work non-standard hours including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Experience using time management and scheduling to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time for business purposes.
• Experience providing client service to internal and external customers and meeting quality standards for services.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive patient-focused pharmaceutical programs including vaccination administration and adherence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and standard operating procedures across stores.
• Improve patient experience by enhancing care services such as counseling, medication management, and reviews.
• Provide clinical interview and information to patients, physicians and plans as appropriate.
