Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least one year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Current Pharmacist license issued by the state licensing authority.
• Experience motivating team members and handling confidential information.
• Willing to work non-standard hours and travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care programs including Medication Therapy Management and Immunization Services.
• Drives compliance and quality improvement in clinical pharmacy services and regulatory adherence.
• Drives regional financial performance by aligning pharmacy programs with financial goals.
• Supports patient experience through consultation, medication management and wellness services.
• Provides clinical consultation to patients, doctors, and insurance plans as needed.
