Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to drive growth across assigned territories. You will educate physicians about pharmaceutical products, manage relationships, and coordinate with management to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to work remotely with travel to healthcare providers. Entry level and specialty experience are considered.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
