Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional to develop and execute a strategic plan, build networks with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, and drive territory growth.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in pharma, strong business acumen, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM tools like Veeva. Hybrid work model with two days from home and three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
• Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory and meeting/exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to target and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.
• Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement.
• Call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
• Use data sources to maximize strategies and ROI.
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
• Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
