Job summary

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking an energetic, patient-centric Virtual Territory Manager to engage with HCPs nationwide, delivering key messages via phone or virtual calls for pharmaceutical brands. The role is fully remote and reports to the Business Manager, Commercial Services. Contract is 6 months with potential renewal.

Responsibilities include outreach to HCPs, adherence to client POA, planning virtual sessions, and achieving KPIs. Salary range 55k–60k CAD with bonus and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, science preferred.
• Experience in sales an asset (1–2 years).
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
• Proven sales track record of goal achievement and ability to analyze sale trends.
• Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage.
• Professionalism, autonomous and team player.
• Tech and digital savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HCPs via outbound calls/virtual calls to deliver key messages for client brands.
• Deliver messages based on client strategy, plan of action and training.
• Plan and execute virtual lunch and learn sessions with HCPs.
• Consistently meet and exceed program KPIs as directed by manager.
• Manage relationships with key influencers and HCPs to meet KPIs.
• Research territory targets, identify key players and stakeholder maps.
• Self-sufficient, analytical and strategic to manage territory and calls.
• Capture accurate call information in CRM and submit daily activity.
• Collaborate with client and Inizio Engage units to meet service goals.
